Manchester City winger undergoes trial at Bradford City – City Watch
League One side Bradford City have given Manchester City winger Aaron Nemane a pre-season run-out with a view to signing the 20-year-old.
Nemane, listed as ‘Trialist’, featured in Bradford’s 1-0 defeat to York City yesterday, playing just under 70 minutes.
The Amiens-born youngster, who qualifies for France or England, was on City’s ‘Retained’ list this summer and not among those released, but it is thought he could exit the Etihad Stadium this year after two loan spells last season.
Nemane spent the first half of the 2017-18 season on loan at Rangers in Scotland, but made only 5 appearances in the Scottish Premiership, leading to City recalling him in the winter.
He fared better in Holland’s Eerste Divisie (second tier) for Go Ahead Eaglers, scoring twice in 17 league appearances during a spell at De Adelaarshorst.
