Wolves agree £16m deal with Manchester City for Oleksandr Zinchenko – report – City Watch
Wolves have agreed a club-record deal worth £16million to sign Oleksandr Zinchenko from Manchester City, well-known Wolves journalist Tim Nash reports.
The newly-promoted Premier League side have a deal in place that would see them pay an initial £12million with add-ons taking the total up to £16million.
Zinchenko is also attracting interest from another Premier League club and must now make a decision.

All that remains now is for Zinchenko, 21, to decide where his future lies, with interest from another PL club. The Ukrainian international won a Premier League title winner’s medal and the Carabao Cup last season after making his debut against Wolves in that competition.

Zinchenko, a £1.7million signing from FC Ufa in 2016, rose to prominence last season when he put in a series of good performances as a makeshift left-back in the absence of Benjamin Mendy and Fabian Delph.
With Mendy fit again and a host of options in his favoured attacking midfield roles, game time next season would almost certainly be more scarce for the Ukraine international.
And if tonight’s report from the respected Tim Nash is true, Oleks may well be on his way to Molineux in a deal that will net City a huge profit.
