The 22-year-old arrived on a flight from Mallorca last night, after odds on him joining Manchester City were slashed to 1/4 yesterday. As of 10:20am, they are now 1/10.
We await further details, but a source at the club has told us that Silva was at the CFA this morning and will be joining the Blues.
