Manchester City Squad announced for West Ham United clash including surprise exclusion – City Watch
Manchester City have announced the travelling squad for the game against West Ham United in Iceland tomorrow – Bernardo Silva is included whilst Samir Nasri is not.
Both Brahim Diaz and Phil Foden have been included after impressing during the pre-season tour of the US, Bernardo Silva is included after returning to Manchester City training following the Confederations Cup, and Eliaquim Mangala has been given another chance to impress.
The big news is the exclusion of Samir Nasri – it’s been reported that he has caused disharmony within the Manchester City changing room and his removal from the travelling squad is sure to spark cause for concern amongst Samir Nasri fans. It’s believed that he will be on his way out of Manchester City as he was linked with a move to Nice.
