Sergio Agüero’s agent: No problems with Guardiola, Kun 100% stays at Manchester City – City Watch
Unless of an unexpected turn of events, Sergio Agüero will remain a Manchester City player next season. And those are not the words of some gossip column, but his own agent.
Speaking exclusively to Inter fan site FCInterNews, Hernan Reguera, one of El Kun’s representatives, cleared some things up and confirmed that the 28-year-old will continue to grace the Etihad next season.
“Sergio is happy at Manchester City and has a contract that he wants to respect,” Reguera said.
“Problems with Guardiola? There are none. Absolutely. Not just that, there are no talks with any teams, no chats, nothing even close to that.
“As things stand he stays, 100 per cent.”
Football is a funny old game and things can change quickly, but it looks good for the legend of Sergio Agüero to continue at Manchester City in the 2018-19 season. And it is fitting that this news arrives on the fifth anniversary of his most famous goal.
