Ambrose, a 20-year-old French youth international, has been tipped for big things at City, but a long-term injury set back his development and this will be his first loan spell away from the youth system.
Fernandes, 18, is an exciting prospect who contributed 13 goals and 7 assists across the Premier League 2 and UEFA Youth League last season, and like Ambrose, the Spaniard will be experiencing his first taste of senior football.
23-year-old Marí, another Spaniard, was signed from Gimnàstic de Tarragona last August for an undisclosed fee. City had no plans to use him in their own first-team and the idea was to farm him out to Girona FC to aid their promotion push to La Liga. After few chances at the Catalan club, he now heads to the Netherlands.
The three will be playing in the Eredivisie, the top flight of Dutch football, after NAC Breda won promotion through the play-offs by beating NEC Nijmegen.
