Manchester City vs. West Ham: Starting Lineups & TV Information – City Watch
Manchester City meet Premier League rivals West Ham in the unfamiliar setting of Iceland today, with the Blues set for their final pre-season friendly at the 9,800-seat Laugardalsvöllur in Reykjavík.
Pep Guardiola’s side have enjoyed a productive pre-season since their defeat to Manchester United, thrashing both Real Madrid and Tottenham in the US, and looking razor sharp in the process. Today’s friendly gives Pep one more chance to test his side before the season begins with a visit to Brighton on the south coast.
As always in friendlies, expect many changes as the night goes on, but here are the starting lineups selected by Pep Guardiola and Slaven Bilić – including two familiar faces in the West Ham side!
Manchester City XI: Ederson, Kompany (c), Stones, Otamendi, Yaya Touré, De Bruyne, Sané, Silva, Danilo, Gabriel Jesus, Aguero
West Ham XI: Hart, Zabaleta, Fonte, Ogbonna, Masuaku, Noble (c), Obiang, Fernandes, Arnautovic, Ayew, Martinez
