Manchester City are one of a number of clubs interested in highly-rated Sunderland striker Josh Maja, Ed Aarons of The Guardian reports.
20-year-old Maja has starred for the Black Cats this season, scoring 15 goals in 28 total appearances, putting him on the radar of not just Premier League sides, but teams abroad.
According to Aarons, City are interested along with Crystal Palace, Huddersfield and a number of foreign clubs.

Maja has rejected a new contract at the Stadium of Light with his current deal set to expire in June, giving Sunderland a pressing need to cash in now or see him walk in the summer.
The player spent some time with City as a teenager but was not offered a scholarship.
