England’s number one Joe Hart is wanted by West Ham, has ‘genuine interest’ from Manchester United and is even linked with a move to AC Milan, but what about a return to Torino?
It was recently claimed by Tuttosport that Torino were exploring the possibility of a second loan deal for the unwanted Manchester City goalkeeper, for whom there have been a shortage of concrete offers made because of his high price-tag and salary.
Torino president Urbano Cairo was today asked about the prospect of bringing Joe Hart back to Turin and shut down the speculation quickly.
“Hart is a closed chapter because he was only here for one year,” Cairo said to reporters.
The Serie A club have instead been focusing their efforts on PSG stopper Salvatore Sirigu, but are struggling to close a deal which led to the Hart rumours resurfacing. For Hart, a return to the Premier League is looking more likely by the day.
